I'm the person behind the camera, usually carrying more of them than any reasonable persona needs. I photograph weddings, elopements, and the beautifully ordinary parts of life on digital, film, and super 8.
But the cameras are really the least interesting part.
I care about getting to know the people in front of them. What makes you laugh, who you reach for first & the people you can't imagine your life without. Becausethe best photographs don't come from turning your life into a photoshoot. They come from letting you live it, and knowing when to step in, when to sit back, and when to hit the shutter.

I photograph weddings, elopements, couples, maternity and families with a mix of digital photography, film and super 8 video. Choosing the mediums that make sense for your story rather than making your story fir the photographs. Come as you are, I'll take it from there.
I knew pretty much from the beginning that I wanted Katy to be our photographer to capture our not so traditional wedding day.
